An org chart shows lines on a wall. The real shape of a company lives in who is accountable for what, which processes actually run end to end, and where the authority sits when an agent acts. Atlas describes that shape with twenty-four kinds of thing, in four families. Each has its own page, and every link runs both ways: if a workflow serves a mandate, the mandate knows it. The bet is the mandate. Accountability is the atom: when a responsibility moves from a person to an agent, the map records exactly which mandate moved, with which permissions, under which policy. That is how a transformation becomes measurable instead of narrated.
